KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver cloud and data centre infrastructure solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support presales engagements, technical consulting, solution design, implementation, and service activation.
- Ensure delivery within SLA timelines, successful customer UAT sign-off, billing readiness, revenue growth, and an enhanced customer experience.
- Lead the installation of customer equipment and implementation of customer solution.
- Ensure UATs are performed and proper team training is done of the new feature/solution.
- Identify new, innovative hosting and cloud solutions and help to scope with relevant stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess good organizational skills with strong attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cross functional skills.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Analytical skills.
- A degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronic or Computer Science or Computer engineering.
- At least 3 years previous experience in strategic planning, project management and reporting, sales or product development.
