SUMMARY

OVERVIEW

- Experienced senior administrators needed to serve and teach at an international Christian school.

- Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC) is a faith-based educational institution owned and operated by Haven of Peace Trust.

- The school follows the Cambridge curriculum and is an ACSI/MSA accredited school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing instructional leadership and overseeing curriculum implementation, student achievement, and assessment practices.

- Fostering a Christ-centered school culture that reflects HOPAC’s mission, vision, and values.

- Supporting the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students.

- Leading and developing teaching staff while promoting professional excellence.

- Building strong partnerships with parents and the wider school community.

- Overseeing admissions, student transitions, examinations, extracurricular programs, and school operations.

- Managing resources and budgets to ensure effective delivery of the Senior School program.

REQUIREMENTS

- Committed Christian in full agreement with HOPAC’s Statement of Faith.

- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of three years’ school leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural setting.

- Ability to lead from a biblical worldview and serve as a strong Christian role model.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum is preferred.
