SUMMARY

OVERVIEW

- We are hiring Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join our growing team.

- This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to build a career in the financial sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection.

- Collect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans.

- Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation.

- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

- Manage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Achieve monthly disbursement, collection, new customer acquisition, and active customer targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- High School education

- Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent time management and customer service skills.

- Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player.

- Basic computer knowledge required.

- Having a smartphone is an added advantage.
