**Overview**
Selous Kinga Lodge is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and visionary Lodge Manager to lead the daily operations of this exclusive lodge.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the lodge, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals while fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Ensure all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and guest services, operate in harmony and according to required standards.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Manage lodge finances, including budgeting, cost control, stock management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, staff training, onboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain operational infrastructure by ensuring facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-kept and properly maintained.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Contribute to and implement long-term strategic plans, business development initiatives, and sustainability practices.
- Represent the lodge in interactions with partners, stakeholders, and guests while upholding the lodge’s brand and values.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel, preferably in a luxury safari or wilderness lodge setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, reporting, and stock control.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality industry standards.
- High attention to detail with a hands-on and proactive management style.
- Passion for eco-tourism, wildlife, and delivering unique safari experiences.
