• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera, IDS, or similar reservation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel booking systems.
• Revenue management and upselling skills.
• Leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
