**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage relationships with multi-outlet accounts and significant customers.
- Embed Everyday Minimum Execution Standards and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Develop and maintain business partnerships with key accounts and define their business plans.
- Ensure key accounts achieve sales objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality, and customer price.
- Ensure compliance with Diageo Marketing Code, COBC, and corporate compliance guidelines.
- Consolidate insights and data to inform management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, field sales, or trade marketing.
- Basic P&L literacy and experience with financial data.
- Valid driving license and strong driving experience.
- Passion for luxury and Reserve with understanding of competitors, distributors, and key customers.
- Strong influencing skills, ability to set a vision, and inspire clients.
- Knowledge and ability to coach others in Diageo Way of Selling (DWS) and Diageo Way of Brand Building (DWBB) capabilities.
