**Key Account Manager at AXIAN**
**Overview**
• We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for strategic management, project coordination, and problem-solving.
• The role involves strengthening customer relationships, revenue growth, and providing service excellence and long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at operational and executive levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and renewals.
• Coordinate with rollout, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely site delivery.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all managed sites.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration and management, Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Commercial Certifications are an additional advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Tanzania Telecom Ecosystem, Business administration laws, and administration principles.
