**National Digital SBC & RCCE Systems Architect Consultancy at UNICEF**
**Overview**
- Provide technical support in the design and operationalization of a nationally integrated digital SBC/RCCE ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Chief of SBC and the Chief of Digital Impact and Innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design a unified digital SBC/RCCE ecosystem anchored within the Ministry responsible for Youth.
- Develop systems frameworks and integration models that position the Ministry of Youth as a central engagement node.
- Define standard operating procedures, governance structures, and coordination mechanisms.
- Support the adaptation of digital tools to the Tanzanian context.
- Establish interoperability and feedback mechanisms linking the Ministry of Youth with other sectors.
- Roll out, adopt, and sustain digital systems within government structures.
- Facilitate the integration of systems into government workflows and coordination structures.
- Provide technical support to ensure continuity and institutional ownership.
- Manage and integrate digital engagement platforms to strengthen two-way communication and youth engagement.
