Caretaker Job at Secondary Education for Girls Advancement (SEGA)
**Overview**
• Secondary Education for Girls Advancement (SEGA) is a non-profit organization based in the Mkundi area, Morogoro Municipality, Tanzania.
• SEGA`s mission is to educate and equip bright Tanzanian girls with academic, leadership, and business skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist students in the morning before class and after class.
• Bath students before and after class.
• Assist with toileting (helping with bowel movements).
• Perform catheterization as required.
• Help students with washing their clothes.
• Assist students in making their beds daily.
• Assist children in dressing and putting on diapers.
• Support students during self-study time, e.g., reading storybooks.
• Offer health and mental counseling.
• Guide students through their daily exercises.
• Assist with any other need that may arise and that may be assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**
• Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Officer.
• Professional experience (at least 3 years), including experience working with people with disabilities.
• Understanding of the needs of people with disabilities.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Female aged between 35 and 40 years.
