- Manage budgets, expenses, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and report on commercial performance

2. **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years work experience in commercial, business development, or contract management roles

3. **Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) Manager (1 Post) - Arusha HQ**
- Conduct performance tracking and verification for all field staff
- Verify reported activities and crosscheck to ensure they are done on time and as per company standards
- Ensure sales and marketing data are accurate, timely, and submitted correctly as per reporting schedules
- Identify gaps and train staff as well as advise the management on appropriate measures to be taken
4. **Requirements**
- At least Bachelor’s degree and must have attended Monitoring and Evaluation course

- Assist to analyze financial performance, identifying trends for strategic decision making

- Prepare and keep accurate daily transactions and maintain updated financial system
6. **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MS Office and knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
- Minimum of three years working experience in related field

- Designs graphics, posters, and videos for all platforms using Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator
