**Overview**
• Manage and grow the company`s brand presence within an assigned territory
• Drive customer acquisition and sales of financial services
**Key Responsibilities**
• Implement marketing and brand promotion strategies within the assigned territory
• Lead and supervise the sales team
• Identify and recruit new customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
**Requirements**
• Bachelor`s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field
• Experience in marketing or sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Leadership and team management skills
