**Job Title: Office Management, Records, and Driver Positions**
**Overview**
The Tarime District Council is seeking dedicated professionals to fill critical support roles within its administration. These vacancies represent a vital step in enhancing the council`s operational efficiency, document security, and logistical capacity to better serve the local community in the Mara Region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Office Management Secretary Grade II:
• Assist in managing office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Provide support to senior staff members
- Records Management Assistant II:
• Assist in maintaining and updating records and files
• Ensure accurate and secure storage of documents
• Provide support to senior staff members
- Driver II:
• Safely transport staff and officials
• Maintain vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition
• Perform other driving-related tasks as required
**Requirements**
- Office Management Secretary Grade II:
• Holder of a Diploma in Office Management or related field
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Records Management Assistant II:
• Holder of a Diploma in Records Management or related field
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Driver II:
• Holder of a valid driving license
• Proficiency in driving and vehicle maintenance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
