Summary
**Job Title: Treasury Business Strategy Manager**
**Overview**
- Drive Treasury business strategy for corporate clients` segment
- Originate, deliver, and manage Treasury products in accordance with the bank business strategy
- Ensure revenue growth through effective pricing, product innovation, and distribution strategies
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, prepare, implement, and deliver Treasury sales business strategic plans
- Coordinate customer relationships and Treasury sales processes
- Develop Treasury Solutions in line with target market needs
- Champion strategic initiatives such as marketing and training
- Develop and implement end-to-end product sales processes and associated technological systems
- Gain leads and access to strategically influential stakeholders
- Prepare sales materials, including contracts and Treasury documentation
- Identify competitive threats and market opportunities
- Monitor and mitigate risks to the Bank
- Participate in Management and other committee meetings
- Establish and maintain revenue and expense budget requirements
**Requirements**
- Bachelor`s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
- Master`s degree in related field (added advantage)
- ACI Dealing Certificate
- Minimum 10 years` banking experience with at least 5 years managing corporate clients in Treasury
- Good appreciation and knowledge of Risk Management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience in managing large portfolios and delivering tailored Treasury solutions
- Deep expertise in market, liquidity, and credit risk
