- **Position:** Supervisor – HME Field Service
- **Department:** Engineering – HME Field Service
- **Location:** Geita Gold Mine

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment (HME)
- Lead and coordinate field service teams
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance work
- Manage breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime
- Enforce compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and execute planned, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Optimize equipment availability and reliability
- Supervise and guide artisans and technicians in the field
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of team members
- Conduct pre-task risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training
**Requirements**
- Education & Qualification:
- VETA Grade test 1 in motor vehicle mechanics or FTC Diploma in mechanical, automotive engineering or above
- Must have a valid Tanzania driving license
- Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience supervising HME maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment and field service operations
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
