**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere to all safety standards and high-risk security standard procedures.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of all staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage delivery vehicles and provide escorts within the process plant.
- Conduct thorough vehicle and personal searches at all access points.
- Ensure only authorized materials are removed from the plant.
- Maintain airlock housekeeping and perform foot patrols of the gold processing plant and perimeter.
- Conduct interior patrols and disruptive searches within high-risk areas.
- Oversee metallurgy high-risk activities and participate in the secure loading of high-risk value Doré.
- Ensure full compliance with all high-risk area registers and security documentation.
- Identify potential losses and report suspicious behavior or breaches to the shift supervisor.
**Requirements**
- **Education & Qualification:** Ordinary secondary school certificates
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience as a security guard in the mining industry
- **Knowledge & Skills:** Basic security training skills, basic military training or any other basic Police training
