**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide Technical Specialist support on designing and streamlining of technical exploration drilling programs.
• Evaluate project progress and potential outcomes on supporting the Life-of-Mine (LOM).
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews to challenge geological interpretations and drilling strategies.
• Develop medium- to long-term exploration roadmaps incorporating risk assessment and resource growth expectations.
• Oversee multi-dataset integration to refine targeting accuracy.
• Validate and approve geological models generated by junior geologists.
• Lead structural interpretation workshops to improve understanding of mineralization controls.
• Evaluate drilling productivity and implement improvements.
• Ensure exploration activities comply with environmental, social, community, and regulatory frameworks.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor of Science in Geology / Advanced Diploma or Higher.
• Understanding of the Tanzanian Mining Act 2010 as amended in 2017.
• Understanding of the International Organization for Standardization ISO45001 of 2018 and ISO14001:2015.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of working experience in Mineral Exploration, Open pit and Underground mining.
• Knowledge of Exploration Business Exploration Budgeting & Mining Cycle.
• Competence on computer-aided software’s such as Arc GIS, Datamine & Leapfrog.
• Competence in Microsoft office suite.
• Good knowledge of geological data analysis, interpretation and 3D geological modelling.
