**Overview**
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across business units in line with MSAs.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across business units in line with MSAs.
• Financial Performance Management: Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure accurate accruals.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Provide financial insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and scenario models to drive accountability and performance.
• Governance & Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance, data integrity, and drive process improvements and automation.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating outstanding technical, financial, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, planning, and forecasting tools.
• Project Management an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and visualization skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex organization.
