Regional Stores Manager Job
**Overview**
• Champion a customer-first culture across all stores
• Drive achievement of regional revenue, sales, and profitability targets
**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver targeted NPS and CSAT performance for the region
• Ensure consistent execution of customer journeys and service standards
• Actively monitor Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and implement improvement actions
• Reduce customer complaints and improve first-contact resolution
• Ensure all stores operate in line with defined SOPs, policies, and compliance standards
• Maintain store uptime (systems, network, and infrastructure) ≥99%
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, ARPU, upsell and cross-sell performance
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and frontline teams
**Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores/Retail management (telecom experience preferred)

• Good communications skill
