Summary
**Job Title: HS Superintendent**
**Reports to:** HSE Manager
**Duration:** 12 Months
**Overview:**
- Develop and implement an integrated HS Management System
- Ensure employees and contractors adhere to safety best practices
- Align with company standards, procedures, and Tanzanian regulatory requirements
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee Perseus departments and contractor`s HS performance
- Review and approve contractor`s HS management plans
- Manage fatality risk management program and other safety cultural programs
- Lead incident investigations for significant safety events
- Monitor and report on contractor`s and Perseus health and safety performance
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualifications in OHS management
- Minimum of 10 years in mine site OHS management roles
- 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent position
