Airport Services Agent
**Overview**
• Provide five-star service to customers at the airport terminal
• Create an enjoyable airport environment for customers while traveling
• Ensure quality service and adherence to safety policies and security standards
**Key Responsibilities**
• Liaise with check-in, transfer desk, and other related areas for smooth passenger acceptance
• Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers to respective areas
• Assist the Duty Officer in handling company materials and records
• Liaise with the Ground Handling agent (GHA) for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers
• Ensure smooth passage of passengers through airport facilities
• Perform other related duties for efficient functioning of the work unit
• Supervise GHA staff to maintain Qatar Airways standards of service quality
• Organize check-in counters and coordinate documentation issues
**Requirements**
• High School Qualification
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience with at least 1 year in Airline/Travel Industry/Hospitality Institute
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language
• High energy and positive attitude
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
• Legal rights to live and work in Tanzania
