The Marketing Executive — Creative is a key role that originates creative ideas and strategies for LUMAC. This role is responsible for shaping the brand`s image, tone, and message, and for generating ideas that drive commercial impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop bold, original creative ideas that push boundaries and open new possibilities
• Author a complete LUMAC Creative Brief for every piece of work
• Develop distinct creative concepts for campaigns and projects
• Champion the creative integrity of every project from brief through concept, production, review, approval, publication, and post-campaign analysis
• Produce all creative assets with genuine creative ambition
• Conduct a personal creative and quality review before submitting any work for management approval
• Execute post-campaign creative reviews
