This entry-level professional serves as a liaison to the local church and assists in strengthening local ownership, capacity, and resources of local church partners to minister to children and youth in their own context. The facilitator nurtures relationships with church partners characterized by mutual respect, trust, and service that builds up church ministry. Responsibilities include maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, acting as an advocate to raise awareness of children`s needs, and demonstrating a personal commitment to serve, respect, and empower the church.
