Minimum Requirements:
- INTERNAL: Criteria Level 4 Literacy Level 4 Numeracy
- Relevant prior AB In Bev experience Mechanical aptitude
- Machine specific experience
- External Criteria Grade 12
- Mechanical aptitude
- PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP)
- EXTERNAL: Grade 12
- IBD certificate
- Completed brewing learnership
- CAP/SKAP completed and assessed summatively within 12 months
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a brewing environment
- Previous experience in a process-controlled manufacturing environment, ideally in food FMCG products.
- Ideally, a process understanding of the Brewing process Value Chain from Raw materials transfer to BBT, including E&F throughout to Packaging
- PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP)
