• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree of Science in Environmental Sciences and Management

  • Skills in Health, Safety, Regulations, Training, Auditing, Risk Assessment, and Communication

  • Minimum five years of HSE Manager experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and inspect OHS equipment and systems

  • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions or customer complaints

  • Develop guidelines, manuals, and checklists

  • Maintain necessary certifications and accreditations

  • Identify and liaise with organizations requiring OHS consultancy

  • Plan and supervise OHS consultancy work

  • Set departmental strategic plans

  • Attend professional development programs

  • Conduct competitor and customer surveys

  • Coordinate laboratory quality management

  • Facilitate improvement efforts and staff training

  • Conduct periodic assessment of TMHS facilities

  • Prepare quality trending reports

  • Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015

  • Submit regular progress reports
