Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of Science in Environmental Sciences and Management
Skills in Health, Safety, Regulations, Training, Auditing, Risk Assessment, and Communication
Minimum five years of HSE Manager experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee and inspect OHS equipment and systems
Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions or customer complaints
Develop guidelines, manuals, and checklists
Maintain necessary certifications and accreditations
Identify and liaise with organizations requiring OHS consultancy
Plan and supervise OHS consultancy work
Set departmental strategic plans
Attend professional development programs
Conduct competitor and customer surveys
Coordinate laboratory quality management
Facilitate improvement efforts and staff training
Conduct periodic assessment of TMHS facilities
Prepare quality trending reports
Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015
Submit regular progress reports
