Job Description
• To facilitate smooth customer banking operations at the branch.
Roles & Responsibilities
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Retention of Customers by ensuring TAT and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring Preferred customers are well handled at the Branch premises at all times.
• Ensure the customer service desk is well positioned and manned at all times with all facilities to serve the customer.
• Ensure Complaints are recorded and resolved Make use of Helpdesk.
• Adherence and execution of Vault Keys and maintenance of dual control and Time Lock Delay.
• Ensure Operational control: Reconciliation, remittances, ATM, cash shortages, controlled
• stationery, journal checking, payment verification, clearing, deposits.
• Adherence to the existing standard operating procedures.
• Observing TAT for all activities related to centralized operations; opening accounts, dormant
• Accounts, account closure, fixed deposits, mobile banking, chequebooks, OTT/TISS, CTS and
• Other related activities communicated by operations/CBO.
• Overall cleanness of the customer bank hall area.
3. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum of two years of Banking experience in branch operations with a good performance track record
• Ability to carry out work by the bank’s procedures.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Good integrity.
• Ability to lead a team.
