Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Establish and staff the finance department to meet business needs.
- Drive strategic financial planning to align with company objectives.
- Manage financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to management and the board.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial optimization, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Provide accurate and timely communication with the Board on financial matters.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, monitoring performance and capacity building.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management activities.
- Leverage ERP systems (preferably Next ERP) for financial efficiency and reporting.

Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred but not mandatory.
- Mid-level managerial experience in Finance.
- Proven experience in financial management within trading, importation, services, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Next ERP.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
