Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Establish and staff the finance department to meet business needs.
  • Drive strategic financial planning to align with company objectives.
  • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to management and the board.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial optimization, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication with the Board on financial matters.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, monitoring performance and capacity building.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management activities.
  • Leverage ERP systems (preferably Next ERP) for financial efficiency and reporting.

  • High-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mid-level managerial experience in Finance.
  • Proven experience in financial management within trading, importation, services, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Next ERP.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
