- Experience of dealing with senior management of corporate entities

- Detailed understanding of policies for provisions / NAD / write offs.
- Good knowledge of the local legal system, insolvency law and security issues, and the options available to the Bank.
Essential
- Good understanding of the role of Business Support and Corporate Recoveries in Tanzania
- Previous experience of relationship management of corporate customers
- Previous experience of credit risk analysis and/or sanctioning
- Experience of working under pressure and with very little supervision
- Sound banking experience
- Good knowledge in dealing with credit risk, particularly distressed assets.
Preferred
Graduate in B.COM Accounting and/or Finance and/or Experience Banking Professional
Qualifications
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas – Business, Commerce and Management Studies, Digital familiarity (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Experience in a similar environment at junior specialist level, Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Process optimisation (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Reasoning (Meets all of the requirements), Risk Management (Meets all of the requirements)
