Key responsibilities

  • Managing sales pipeline
    Pursue sales leads, including new-to-bank and cross-selling to existing customers, by leading marketing activities, identifying prospects, sourcing, and activating customers.

  • Managing stakeholders and operational/business risks
    Oversee risks during the implementation of solutions for customers.

  • Onboarding
    Collect all necessary documentation and ensure approvals are obtained to streamline the onboarding process.

  • Daily merchant visits
    Ensure machines are functional and encourage utilization.

  • Reporting
    Monitor and prepare weekly product performance reports on product performance and utilization.

  • Drive costs and revenue numbers
    Prepare cost-benefit analyses and take initiatives to reduce costs while increasing the revenue base.

  • Revenue monitoring
    Closely monitor GL accounts to ensure no leakages and report on revenue attained.


Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields or equivalent.

  • One year of sales experience and knowledge of banking products and operations.
