World Vision Tanzania – Head Office in Arusha
invites sealed tenders from experienced and eligible vendors to tender for the
services listed below and as per detailed description in the Tender Document
LOT 1. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF INTERNET
SERVICES
LOT 2. ICT MAINTAINANCE (SPECIFIC FOR ARUSHA
REGION)
LOT 3. COURIER SERVICE
LOT 4. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Bidders shall email their bank deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of
Tsh. 50,000 (Tsh. Fifty Thousand only) to the email
address; [email protected].
Upon sending your email indicate the company name as the email subject. The
same email address will confirm and send you back a receipt. A link to access
bid documents shall be sent to the bidder’s email address within 48 hours
through Coupa Provision system upon confirmation of the receipt.

LOT 5. PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES
A. ICT SUPPLIES (TONNER, ELECTRONICS, PRINTERS ETC)
B. MEDICAL SUPPLIES
C. AGRICULTURE INPUTS (SEEDS, SEEDLINGS AND MACHINERY)
D. OFFICE FURNITURES
Note: LOT 5 does not need
suppliers/potential bidders to purchase for tender document
Bidders for LOT 5 shall email their request
for tender document to the email address; [email protected]. Upon
sending your email indicate the company name as the email subject. A link to
access bid documents for pre-qualification shall be sent to the bidder’s email
address within 48 hours through Coupa Provision system upon confirmation of
the receipt
Bids for ALL lots shall be
submitted and received on or before 28th February, 2025 at 10:00hrs. Bids sent after the closing date and time will not be Accepted as the system will automatically
close and won’t allow for submission
Tenders will be opened
immediately on the same bid closing day and time in the presence of bidders or
representatives who wish to witness the opening via online platform, ZOOM
link that will be shared in your email prior opening time
Note that WVT is not bound to
accept the lowest, highest or any tender.
The evaluation of bids will be
conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.
