Marie Stopes Tanzania (MST) is a
registered Non-Governmental Organization providing Integrated Sexual and
Reproductive Health services country wide. Established in 1989 under Marie
Stopes International (MSI), MST operates health facilities and outreaches teams
which providing family planning and others SRH services across the country.

Marie Stopes Tanzania intends to identify and pre-qualify reputable and
eligible (including current suppliers/service providers and contractors) who
will be competed themselves for the period of two (2) years. However, MST will
identify preferred vendors among pre-qualified list. Periodically,
pre-qualified vendors will be asked to bid for delivery of goods, provide
services and carry out construction or renovation works on need basis in
different regions where MST operates across the country, based on the
instructions provided by MST. Interested and eligible suppliers / service
providers/contractors from any part of Tanzania are invited to apply in this
pre-qualification process.

Marie Stopes Tanzania invites applications from interested, competent and
reliable suppliers /service providers/contractors to apply for one or more
categories as listed in the table below. Interested suppliers / service
providers and contractors  can submit
separate applications  for one or  more lots. Vendors who are currently working
with MST are require to apply for this pre-qualification.

Interested and eligible suppliers, service providers, and contractors are
required to attach the following mandatory documents. Failure to submit these
documents will result in disqualification from this pre-qualification tender.

 

Company Profile and Registration
Documents:

·   Valid
Business license, company certificate of incorporation/registration

·   TIN
and VAT registration certificate (If applicable).

·   Registration
from relevant authority boards (if applicable)

·   Proof
of manufacturer dealership/agent status (if applicable)

·   Current
physical location and occupancy rights of office premises

·   Power
of Attorney

·   TRA
current tax clearance certificate

·   Audited
Financial Statements for 2023 and 2024

 

Experience:

·   Minimum
of three years in business with proven track record

·   Client
references (at least three clients)

·   At
least three Previous awarded contracts/Purchase orders from different clients

 

5.

MST will not be responsible for any costs related to the printing, preparation,
or submission of bid documents.

6.

All interested bidders must submit their properly completed bid documents in a
single PDF format document, clearly indicating the LOT Number and Description
of the Lot. All bids must be submitted via this email  [email protected]

7.

The deadline for submission of applications is 10^th of March 2025.

8.

Late applications submission will not be accepted for evaluation /irrespective
of any circumstances.

9.

Marie Stopes Tanzania reserves the right to reject any or all applications, to
waive any defect or informality and assumes no obligation whatsoever to
compensate indemnity to the applicants for any expenses that they may incur in
the preparation of bids and MST is not obliged to invite any bidders or
quotations from any or all candidates that have expressed their interest by
responding to this invitation.

 

NOTE:

MST
has a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, bribery, or fraud. If any of
MST staff ask for kickback and/ or commission, please report the incident to

Any report received will be investigated by MST and we will ensure
confidentiality of the person/firm reporting and such incident.

 

MST
takes a zero-tolerance approach to any unethical/illegal behavior/acts
including terrorism, money laundering, modern slavery sexual harassment and any
safeguarding issues. MST will not work with suppliers who themselves, or
through contractors, subcontractors or other agents, engage in any of these
behavior/acts.
